Expanding
on his existing underwear and loungewear line for Marks and Spencer,
British model David Gandy is set to launch a swimwear collection under
the retailer’s Autograph label.
The eight-piece collection, set to arrive in 100 stores and online this June, will include lower rise and shorter short styles – silhouettes that Gandy notes have proved popular across his acclaimed underwear range.
Inspired by 1960s Hollywood and classic tailoring, each pair is designed to transition effortlessly from the beach to the bar. Finer details include side adjusters and contrasting buttons, in addition to a recurring houndstooth print, as seen across the model’s other pieces for the high street chain.
Available in navy blue, light blue, cobalt blue, marine, orange, red and black, each pair come with a water resistant bag and in traditional tailoring sizes, from a 28 to 40 inch waist.
Look out for the David Gandy x Autograph swimwear range when it launches in stores and online next month, with each pair priced at £25.
